Gold, silver prices dip slightly

KATHMANDU: The price of gold and silver in Nepal saw a slight decline today.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Traders’ Association, one tola of gold was priced at Rs 252,400, down from Thursday’s Rs 253,300.

Meanwhile, silver traded at Rs 3,555 per tola, compared to Rs 3,625 yesterday.

On the international market, an ounce of gold is currently trading at USD 4,240, while silver is valued at USD 58 per ounce.
