Former Labor Minister & MP Shrestha donated 30 lakhs

KATHMANDU: MP Krishna Kumar Shrestha, elected from Tanahun constituency 1, has supported social organizations with Rs. 398,000 as salary in five years.

Shrestha explained that the salary was used to assist various organizations, drinking water, and patients suffering from various diseases.

“I promised not to take a salary during the election, and I kept that promise by supporting mothers’ groups, drinking water schemes, schools, and patients with various diseases,” said Shrestha, a former Minister of Labour, Employment, and Social Security.
