KATHMANDU: Chaudhary Group’s electronics arm, CG Electronics, has launched a new phase in Nepal’s retail landscape through its platform, CG Digital, aiming to align with the evolving needs of modern consumers.

As lifestyles grow increasingly busy and technology-driven, consumers are no longer seeking just products—they want convenience, clarity in decision-making, and reliable solutions.

Responding to this shift, CG Digital is working to transform the traditional electronics shopping experience into a streamlined, transparent, and customer-focused journey.

Historically, purchasing home appliances in Nepal has been a time-consuming process, often requiring visits to multiple stores, extensive price comparisons, and uncertainty over product quality.

CG Digital addresses these challenges by offering a multi-brand retail environment under one roof, simplifying choices and enhancing trust in purchasing decisions.

Currently, CG Digital operates 28 showrooms nationwide, including LG Brand Shops, providing access to a wide range of global and regional brands. These include LG, TCL, Godrej, Midea, Beko, Kent, Elica, and Black + Decker, alongside mobile brands such as Nothing and Motorola.

This multi-brand presence allows customers to compare products easily and choose according to their needs, budget, and preferences—ensuring both variety and authenticity.

Beyond product availability, CG Digital emphasizes a complete customer experience. Services such as guided product selection, clear and transparent information, free home delivery, and strong after-sales support are central to its approach.

These features are particularly valuable for consumers navigating tight schedules, enabling quicker and more confident purchasing decisions.

The company’s expanding network across Nepal also signals a shift in the country’s retail ecosystem—from fragmented, location-specific experiences to a more standardized and accessible model nationwide.

This expansion is helping bridge the gap between urban and semi-urban markets, bringing organized and high-quality retail services closer to a broader population.

With its integrated retail model, CG Digital is positioning itself not just as a marketplace, but as a facilitator of smarter, more reliable consumer choices in Nepal’s growing digital and lifestyle economy.
