CBIL holds leadership seminar in Koshi Province

KATHMANDU: Citizens Bank International Limited (CBIL) organized a seminar titled “Seminar on Koshi Leadership: Inspiring Performance and Achieving Excellence” for its provincial heads, cluster heads, branch managers, and other staff in Koshi Province.
The event was conducted in the presence of the bank’s Chief Executive Officer, Ganesh Raj Pokharel, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and senior executives.
During the seminar, participants reviewed the bank’s performance in the previous fiscal year and discussed priorities for the current fiscal year, fostering in-depth interaction to strengthen collaboration between the central and provincial offices.
CBIL stated that similar seminars were recently held in Madhesh and Bagmati provinces, and this event in Koshi Province continues that initiative.
The bank also plans to organize such leadership programs in other provinces in the near future.
