Balen hails democracy under PM Karki

KATHMANDU: Senior Rastriya Swatantra Party leader Balen Shah has praised Prime Minister Sushila Karki, saying that democracy has triumphed under her leadership.

After nationwide voting concluded on Thursday, Shah shared a post on social media alongside a photo of PM Karki, writing: “Today, democracy has won under your leadership. Mother.”

PM Karki, who assumed office following the Gen Z movement, successfully oversaw the countrywide electoral process.
