Agrawal appointed Chair of NIC Asia Bank

KATHMANDU: The 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NIC Asia Bank Limited has appointed Mr. Ashok Kumar Agrawal as the new Chair of the Board of Directors.
Following his unanimous election to the Board of Directors from the promoter shareholders, the Board formally appointed him as Chairman for a four-year term.
On the same day, Mr. Agrawal took the oath of office and secrecy before the Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank, Prof. Dr. Bishwanath Paudel.
Mr. Agrawal brings extensive experience in Nepal’s banking, financial services, insurance, and corporate sectors.
He is widely recognized for his long-standing leadership and contributions to economic development.
The bank expressed confidence that under his leadership, strengthened by strategic vision and long-term planning, NIC Asia Bank will achieve further growth and elevate its institutional standing.
