Suhang’s lead in Ilam close to 4,000

KATHMANDU: Suhang Nemwang of CPN-UML has maintained his lead in the by-election of Ilam-2.

According to the latest poll results, he has maintained the lead by 3,784 votes.

While Nembang got 11 thousand 9 votes, his rival Dumbar Khadka got 7 thousand 325 votes.

Dakendra Singh Thegim, an independent candidate, has secured 5,869 votes, while Milan Limbu of the Rastriya Swatantra Party has secured 1,509 votes.
