KATHMANDU: West Indies cricket team has been practicing on the Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground ahead of their clash with Nepal.

The West Indies team arrived in Kathmandu two days ago to prepare for the World Cup. This marks West Indies A Team’s first-ever visit to Nepal.

As part of their tour, West Indies A is scheduled to play a 5-match T20 series against Nepal.

The Nepali team includes experienced players who will also participate in the World Cup.

Notable players such as Fabian Allen, Johnson Charles, Andre Fletcher, and Hayden Walsh are part of the squad.

The team is led by captain Rovman Powell.

The first match between Nepal and West Indies A is set for April 27, followed by the second match on April 28, third on May 1, fourth on May 2, and fifth on May 4.

All matches of this series, to be held at the TU Cricket Ground, will commence from 1 PM local time.
