Petrol-diesel price hiked (with price list)

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has announced a price increase for petroleum products.
The new prices are effective from midnight on Monday.
NOC has informed that the price of petrol, diesel and kerosene per liter has been increased by 3 rupees with effect from 12 a.m.
According to the price list sent by the Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), the corporation has fixed the new price.
According to the corporation, IOC has increased the price of petrol by two rupees 96 paisa and diesel by three rupees 46 paisa per liter.
The NOC has raised the price of petrol, diesel, and kerosene by Rs 3 per liter due to a corresponding increase in prices from India.
As a result, a liter will cost Rs 178 per liter, diesel Rs 161 and kerosene Rs 161 per liter.
