KATHMANDU: An 11-point agreement has been struck between the protesting groups, the administration, and the deceased’s family in Barahathawa, Sarlahi, in a significant breakthrough.

The agreement details the investigation and punishment of perpetrators, as well as the provision of adequate compensation and job possibilities for the deceased’s family.

Furthermore, the deal calls for the agitated party to drop its protest program and for the body to be identified by family following the post-mortem.
