Siddhartha Bank’s AGM held, approves 4.21% dividend distribution

KATHMANDU: The 22nd Annual General Meeting of Siddharth Bank Limited was held on Tuesday, Mangsir 5 at Amrapali Banquet, Kathmandu, Baluwatar.

The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Mr. Manoj Kumar Kedia, Chair of the Board of Directors.

The general meeting has passed resolutions including distribution of cash dividend of 59,31,88,166/- (including for tax purposes) at the rate of 4.21 percent of the bank’s paid-up capital of 14,08,99,80,185/-.
