NSMBL concludes 8th AGM
The General Assembly has authorized the employment and compensation of AP & Associates, Chartered Accountants as auditors for the fiscal year 2080-81.
KATHMANDU: The eighth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the shareholders of this Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Ltd. was held on Mangsir 5 (Nov 21) at the head office of Nepal SBI Bank Ltd, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
The meeting approved the company’s board of directors’ report for fiscal year 2079-80, as well as the annual financial statement (the balance sheet for fiscal year 2079-80, the profit and loss account for fiscal year 2079-80, and the schedules connected to the annual financial statement).
Mr. Nandan Hari Sharma has been appointed as an independent director for a four-year term, following the company’s ninth annual public meeting held on August 5, 2080.
