Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank provides support to Maligaun Police

KATHMANDU: Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited, which has been providing simple, convenient and quality financial services at the doorsteps of Nepalese people for the past 29 years, adopting the slogan of “Strong Bank, Successful Cooperation” has distributed a social awareness booklet and a sticker with necessary contact numbers to Police circle Maligaun as part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

The bank’s central office on Durbar Marg has handed over a public awareness booklet and stickers with contact numbers to police circle Maligaun in order to control criminal activities that may occur during the festival, to maintain public safety and security, and to aid in the prevention and control of potential crimes.

The bank feels that this will contribute to the strengthening of the security system in the Maligaun ward area.

Basanta Bakshi, Head of the Bank’s Deposit Marketing and Institutional Liaison Department, handed over the document to Ind Prasad Subedi, Chief Deputy Inspector of Police, Maligaon Police Circle, and Basanta Thapa, Senior Police Deputy Inspector of Community Police Service Center, Kalopul.

The bank has informed that it will continue its corporate social responsibility activities more effectively in the coming days.
