Teachers movement: students sent back to home (photos)
Even though the pupils reached at school early in the morning, they were unable to study.
KATHMANDU: Although the Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has warned that action will be taken if the school is shuttered, teaching and learning have been halted.
Teachers from all throughout the country have denounced the proposed school education reform in parliament.
The city had issued a warning to take action if the schools within the city were closed, but as the schools had not issued any public notification, the pupils were in peril.
Even though the pupils reached at school early in the morning, they were unable to study.
The students that made it to school have been returned.
