Trishuli bus accident: rescue of injured continues
According to Dhading district police chief SP Gautam Mishra, 8 people died in the accident.
KATHMANDU: The bus travelling from Kathmandu to Pokhara plunges into the Trishuli River at Chhahara in Dhading’s Gajuri Rural Municipality-2.
A bus (State 3-01-005 Kha 9952) travelling from Kathmandu to Pokhara, lost control and veer into the Trishuli River.
According to Dhading district police chief SP Gautam Mishra, 8 people died in the accident.
Among the dead are 2 women and 6 men.
More than 15 injured persons have been rescued, according to District Police Office Dhading Deputy Superintendent of Police Santulal Prasad Jaiswar.
The rescue mission continues.
