Baluwatar land case: Nayab Subba & buyer of Land Revenue detain

KATHMANDU: The police have detained two additional persons in connection with the Lalita Niwas land case.

Nayab Subba (a non-gazetted first class officer) Subba Yograj Paudel, the then-deputy of the Land Revenue Office, and Narayana Das Mishra, the consignee, were among the detained.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CIB) apprehended them in Kathmandu on Tuesday, according to SSP Dinesh Acharya.

The number of people arrested in this case has reached 12.
