Harka Sampang writes – Let us also make a map by including Teesta-Kangra & saying ‘Akhanda Nepal’

KATHMANDU: A mural depicting the names of Lumbini and Kapilvastu in ‘Akhanda Bharat’ was put up in the recently inaugurated Indian Parliament building, sparking protests in Nepal.

Their retort is that no other country can claim Lumbini and Kapilvastu.

Meanwhile, Hark Sampang, the mayor of Dharan Sub-Metropolitan City, who is active on social media, said that Nepal should publish a new map as ‘Akhanda Nepal’. “Now we should publish a map covering the territory up to Teesta and Kangra as a single Nepal,” commented Harka Sampang.
