Septuagenarian dies in motorcycle hit
The police have detained the motorcyclist.
KATHMANDU: Thagan Katharia, 71, a pedestrian from Janaki Rural Municipality-4, Munuwa, died on Sunday evening after being hit by a motorcycle with the license plate Se 6 Pa 6288 on the road in Kailali, Janaki Rural Municipality-4, Munuwa.
He suffered serious injuries in the collision and died while receiving treatment at Kohalpur Banke Medical College.
The police have detained the motorcyclist.
The police are carrying out the necessary investigations into the accident.
