State 1 Parliament Secretariat official involved in an accident, condition serious
The accident occurred at the gate of Dhat, which is located in Ward No. 4 of Biratnagar Metropolitan City.
BIRATNAGAR: Prem Bahadur Shrestha, the State 1 Parliament Secretariat’s computer officer, was involved in an accident. His condition is critical.
His was traveling from Dharan to Biratnagar in the morning when he was involved in an accident near the border between Biratnagar Metropolitan City and Budhiganga Rural Municipality.
The accident occurred at the gate of Dhat, which is located in Ward No. 4 of Biratnagar Metropolitan City, according to District Traffic Police Office Morang, who was on its way to office in the morning.
According to the traffic police, the motorcycle with the number 1-04-001 B 0007 was crossing the road and colliding with the scooter with the number 38 P 5387 while driving from the house on Dharan-7 in Sunsari towards Biratnagar.
Roshan BK, a scooty driver from Budhiganga Rural Municipality Ward No. 2, was also injured.
According to witnesses, the accident occurred when BK attempted to cross the road without looking.
The police said that the injured are being treated at the Birat Teaching Hospital Budhiganga.
