Spouse & mother-in-law of Charles unable to meet him

KATHMANDU: Serial killer Charles Sobhraj’s spouse Nihita Biswas, and mother-in-law, as well as Charles’ lawyer, Sakuntala Biswas, have yet to meet Charles.

Sakuntala, who had reached at the Central Jail on Thursday after learning that Sobhraj would be released, was denied access to Charles by the jail administration.

Ankita and her mother Sakuntala reached at the Central Jail on Friday as well. Charles was also not permitted to meet them there.

They had also arrived after learning that the Immigration Department would relocate the immigration department to Dillibazar. Even so, they were unable to meet.
