40th ritual being held at Arjundhara Jaleshwor Dham

JHAPA: The 40th annual ritual will be held at Arjundhara Jaleshwor Dham, formerly known as Pashupatinath.

Manoj Joshi, Dham’s treasurer, announced that the Brahmanda Purana story will be recited beginning November 17. He stated that the Purana will be completed by planting Satbiu (seeds) on Bala Chaturdashi, Nov 22.

In the evening, Ganga Aarati will be performed alongside readings from the Puranas and devotional hymns. Meanwhile, the Dham Committee announced that Rudrabhishek, Tandulachal, Dhandhanyachal, Dainik Havan, and Bhoomidan will take place.

On Nov 21, the Lakshya Batti will be lit at 6 p.m., and arrangements have been made for religious devotees from various areas to stay.
