NC cocrrecting the proportional list
Previously, other establishment groups had objected to the one-time closing list submitted on Sept 19.
KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress is going to correct the proportional list. The closed list submitted by Congress to the Election Commission under the proportional election system must be corrected.
Sher Bahadur Deuba, Prime Minister and President has called an office meeting to correct the closed list.
Previously, other establishment groups had objected to the one-time closing list submitted on Sept 19.
According to a source close to the official, the closed list of proportional is being corrected in the ongoing meeting at Baluwatar, the Prime Minister’s official residence.
Chairperson Deuba also called a meeting of officials on Thursday to amend the closed list.
It was agreed at that meeting to revise the closure list and submit it to the commission by Friday.
