In Pics: Temporary Police written exam begins

KATHMANDU: The temporary police written exam began today. The government has begun the recruitment of 115,000 full-time police officers across the country to supplement the insufficient security personnel for the Nov 20 representative and state assembly elections.

The duration of the 1 lakh 15 thousand temporary police service will be 40 days.

The temporary police services and facilities have also been fixed. According to this, police officers will receive a total salary of 34,760 rupees per day by depositing the money in their personal bank account for up to 40 days.

The written test for those who were chosen through the physical examination to join the Temporary police force was completed today.

The Kathmandu district written examination was held today at the playground of Laboratory School Chobhar.
