EC discussing election code of conduct with top leaders
The commission has invited 12 political party leaders and officials, including the prime minister and home minister, to the discussion.
KATHMANDU: The Election Commission is in consultation with political parties.
The party’s top leaders will meet at the commission office today to discuss the code of conduct.
According to the commission, effective implementation of the code of conduct will be accomplished through consultation with the parties.
The commission has invited 12 political party leaders and officials, including the prime minister and home minister, to the discussion.
The commission is preparing to put the election code of conduct into effect within a few days.
