President’s move is an attack on the system: Senior leader Paudel

KATHMANDU: According to senior Congress leader Ram Chandra Poudel, the President is jeopardizing the current political system by not validating the Citizenship Bill.

Poudel stated this on social media.

He claims that if the constitutional right is not used after being approved and verified by the elected parliament, the existing political system will be jeopardized.

He has written on social media, “The President has threatened the system by using the constitutional rights of the proposed bill with the approval of the People’s Assembly.” It is an attack on the system because it is done by the constitutional body that repeatedly hurts the meaning and spirit of the constitution. I condemn it.
