Kanchanpur Punarbas-8 has all independent candidates elected

KANCHANPUR: MAY. 22 – Kanchanpur’s Punarbas Municipality-8 has elected independent candidates to all posts.

Independent candidates have been elected for the post of ward chairperson and ward member.

With 818 votes, Shrawan Rana was elected ward chairperson. Devi Karki secured 632 votes in the women’s category, while Laxmi Sunar polled 671 votes in the Dalit women’s category, Dipesh Malla secured 664 votes in the member’s category, and Duleram Rana polled 613 votes.

They took part in the election with the Gulab (Rose) flower election symbol.
