New Vice-Chairperson to be elected in NA

KATHMANDU: JAN. 4 – After the tenure of National Assembly (NA) Vice-Chairperson Shashikala Dahal expires on March 4, new leadership will be elected. When Vice President Dahal’s tenure expires on March 4, a new Vice-Chairperson for the National Assembly must be appointed.

The tenure of 19 lawmakers with four-year terms expires on March 4, and the process of selecting candidates for their positions is currently ongoing.
