Another 9 Corona infected die in Morang

BIRATNAGAR: FRIDAY, MAY 14, 2021 – The number of deaths due to Covid is increasing day by day. Nine more Corona infected people have died at three hospitals in Morang. They died between Thursday evening and Friday morning. A 38-year-old man has died at the Koshi Covid-19 treatment center in Biratnagar.

He was admitted to the hospital on Baisakh 19 and died on a ventilator, according to the hospital administration. Similarly, a 56-year-old man from Biratnagar-6 died at Koshi Covid Treatment Center at around 1 in the morning. The man was admitted to the hospital on Baisakh 24 for treatment.

A 79-year-old man of Itahari Sub-metropolis-5 of Sunsari has died in Koshi Covid. He died at the hospital on Thursday night, the center said.

Four died at the Nobel Teaching Hospital in Biratnagar, three at the Koshi Covid-19 treatment center and two at the Birat Teaching Hospital. A 38-year-old man of Dharan Sub-metropolis-1 of Sunsari has died in Nobel. He died on Friday morning after being brought for treatment. A 74-year-old woman of Biratnagar Metropolitan City-16 also died this morning. Similarly, a 38-year-old woman from Gol Bazar-7 died at Nobel Hospital this afternoon due to infection.

He was rushed to the hospital on Friday morning after the report was positive. He was pronounced dead shortly after being rushed to the hospital. Another infected person from Dhankuta has also died. A 56-year-old man from Jorpati died at Nobel this morning, said hospital manager Narayan Dahal. After Corona was confirmed, he was admitted to the hospital on Baisakh 28 for treatment. Another 77-year-old man from Mahottari also died. Corona was confirmed to be at home and was admitted to the hospital at midnight on Friday. Dahal said that he died in the morning while undergoing treatment.

Two infected people have also died at Birat Medical College in Tankisinuwari. A 49-year-old man of Biratnagar-9 died on Thursday night. He was admitted for treatment on Baisakh 20. A 64-year-old man from Biratnagar-6 died on the same night, according to the hospital. After tested positive for Covid, he was admitted to the hospital on Baisakh 20, died while undergoing treatment in the ICU, said Sunil Dev, the hospital’s co-ordinator.
