10 million assistance from Himalayan Bank for the restoration of the temple

KATHMANDU: Himalayan Bank Limited has provided assistance of Rs. 10 million to Kathmandu Valley Preservation Trust for the reconstruction of archeological temples in Patan Durbar area under its corporate social responsibility.

Chairman of the Board of Directors Tulasi Prasad Gautam handed over the cheque to Rohit Kumar Ranjitkar, Country Program Director of the Trust at a function held at the Bank’s Central Office.

Executive Officer of the Bank Ashok Shamsher Rana, General Managers of the Bank Sushil Joshi, Anup Maskey, Assistant General Manager Bipin Hada and Managing Director of the Trust Pratima Pandey were present on the occasion.

Since its inception, the Bank has been providing assistance in the areas of health, education, victims of natural calamities, protection / rehabilitation of cultural heritage, financial literacy, environment protection, public awareness, etc.
