Women Entrepreneurs Fair 2026 kicks off (photos)

The three-day event was inaugurated by Vice President Ram Sahaya Prasad Yadav, who highlighted the vital role of women’s entrepreneurship in generating employment and strengthening the national economy.

The fair features participation from women entrepreneurs across Nepal along with international exhibitors.

Around 140 stalls showcase a diverse range of products including handicrafts, Dhaka textiles, natural fiber-based goods, and organic food items.

Aimed at promoting women-led enterprises, expanding market access, and fostering networking opportunities, the event also includes workshops, B2B and B2C sessions, and a special “Fiber to Fashion” ramp walk.
