KATHMANDU: The Secretariat meeting of the CPN-UML has begun at party Chairperson KP Sharma Oli’s residence in Gundu, Bhaktapur.
According to party sources, the meeting is currently discussing key organizational issues including internal restructuring, division of responsibilities, formation of various task forces, and the latest developments in Nepal’s political landscape.

The meeting has been convened with a special focus on strengthening the party’s internal structure, redistributing responsibilities among leaders, and taking concrete decisions on contemporary political challenges facing the party.

As per the agenda, Chair Oli is expected to address questions and concerns raised by party office-bearers.

The meeting is also likely to decide on the formation of new working committees aimed at making the party organization more efficient and active.

With ongoing internal discussions on organizational expansion, public mobilization, and the government’s performance, the Secretariat meeting is being viewed as politically significant within UML circles.
