UML forms 7-member committee to draft election manifesto

KATHMANDU: The CPN-UML has formed a seven-member manifesto drafting committee for the House of Representatives election scheduled for Falgun 21 (March 5).
The committee will be chaired by party president K.P. Sharma Oli.

Committee members include Vice Presidents Ram Bahadur Thapa ‘Badal’ and Bishnu Poudel, General Secretary Shankar Pokharel, Standing Committee member Ishwar Pokharel, Pradeep Gyawali, and Bishnu Prasad Rimal.
The committee is tasked with preparing the party’s manifesto for the upcoming elections.
The CPN-UML is accelerating its electoral preparations and has already formed various committees, including an election mobilization committee led by Vice Chair Thapa ‘Badal’.
