Tipper driver killed in road accident

KATHMANDU: A road accident claimed the life of a tipper driver in Tanahun district, near Bandipur Rural Municipality-4 Gumba.

According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Dwarika Prasad Ghimire, the victim, 36-year-old Chunu Shrestha from Byas Municipality-4, lost control of his vehicle (Ga 1 Ka 5466), leading to the fatal incident.

Shrestha passed away while receiving treatment at military hospital in Pokhara today.
