KATHMANDU: Senior leaders of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), including party President Rabi Lamichhane and senior leader and Prime Minister Balendra Shah, held an important discussion ahead of the party’s closed-door session on Monday morning.

According to sources, the two leaders have been meeting since early morning at the Latauli Sanctuary Resort, where key agenda items such as party leadership selection are being discussed.

Although the closed session was scheduled to begin at 8:30 AM, it has been delayed due to the ongoing high-level talks between the top leadership. As a result, participating delegates have been left waiting for the proceedings to start.

The discussions are reported to be focused on the party’s upcoming strategy, organizational matters, and current political issues.
