KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has formed a 51-member Federal Election Committee to oversee preparations for the upcoming House of Representatives elections scheduled for March 5.
The committee is headed by the party’s Vice-President, Dolprasad Aryal.
According to the party’s General Secretary, Kavindra Burlakoti, the committee has been constituted under the decision of the Central Committee to coordinate election-related activities.
Shankar Shrestha has been appointed as the committee’s secretary.
In addition, the party has appointed provincial coordination secretaries for each province and established three central sub-committees to manage internal coordination, administration, and communications.
