Protest: ‘India-China trade unacceptable, Lipulekh our pride’ (photos)

KATHMANDU: A demonstration was held in Kathmandu on Monday, organized by the Central Committee of the Nepal National Student Union (NSU), protesting the India-China trade agreement.

Protesters demanded the protection of Nepal’s sovereignty, highlighting national pride over Lipulekh.

They painted Nepal’s map and flag on the ground using red powder as a symbol of their stance.

Participants also carried banners and leaflets with slogans emphasizing Nepal’s territorial integrity and national dignity.
