Protest demands permanent posts for health service managers (photos)

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Health Service Administrators Association held a protest at Maitighar Mandala, Kathmandu, demanding the creation of permanent posts for health service administrators.

The demonstrators called for permanent status for contract-based hospital management officers, correction of flaws in the O&M survey, better integration of health service management with hospital operations, and establishment of permanent positions for health service administrators in the civil service.

They vowed to continue their movement until permanent positions for health service administrators are secured.
