KATHMANDU: Pokhara Avengers cruised to an 8-wicket victory over Chitwan Rhinos in the second match of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) on Saturday.

Adam Rossington starred with a brilliant 65 runs off 48 balls, smashing four fours and five sixes.
Likewise, Arjun Saud anchored the innings with an unbeaten 43 off 53 balls, hitting two fours and one six.
For Chitwan, Rijan Dhakal and Saif Zaib picked up one wicket each.
Earlier, after winning the toss at the TU International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur, Chitwan Rhinos posted 120/6 in the allotted 20 overs.
Dev Khanal top-scored with 35 off 41 balls, while Alpes Ramjani contributed a quick 33 from 22 balls, including one four and two sixes.
Captain Kushal Malla added 23 off 23 balls.
In bowling for Pokhara, Dhananjay Lakshan led the attack with 3 wickets, while Kiran Thagunna, Rohit Chand, and Bipin Khatri claimed one wicket each.
