NIC Asia Capital, Hotel Eastern Nepal sign IPO deal
Hotel Eastern Nepal Limited, with its business office located at Mechinagar-10, Jhapa, is developing an international-standard proposed five-star hotel.
KATHMANDU: NIC Asia Capital Limited has entered into a bilateral agreement with Hotel Eastern Nepal Limited to act as the Issue and Sales Manager for the company’s upcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO) under its flagship “IDEA to IPO” advisory service.
Under this initiative, NIC Asia Capital provides end-to-end consultancy services to companies across all sectors, guiding them from the incorporation stage through to public listing and IPO issuance, in compliance with prevailing laws and regulatory requirements.

In line with the company’s Memorandum of Association and applicable legal provisions, the IPO will be issued to the general public in the future as part of the company’s long-term growth and expansion strategy.
To ensure world-class hospitality standards, Hotel Eastern Nepal has already signed a management agreement with InterContinental Hotels Group Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. under its globally renowned brand Holiday Inn Express & Suites.
Through this partnership, IHG will play a direct role in hotel operations, management, and overall business development.
Currently in the final stage of construction, the hotel is targeting its soft opening by Jestha 2083.
