NIC Asia Bank launches ‘Sathi Home Loan’ up to Rs 100 million

KATHMANDU: NIC Asia Bank has introduced the ‘NIC Asia Sathi Home Loan’ scheme, offering home loans of up to Rs 100 million to support homebuyers and builders.
Under this new scheme, the bank will provide loans with a fixed interest rate of 6.99% for seven years, along with other attractive services.
The loan is available for amounts ranging from Rs 25 lakh to Rs 100 million and can be used for home or apartment purchases, construction, reconstruction, or land acquisition.
The maximum tenure for the loan is 25 years, with a simple and streamlined loan process aimed at fulfilling the housing dreams of customers.
For first-time homebuyers or builders, the loan-to-collateral ratio is set at up to 80%, while for other customers, it is up to 70%. Additionally, customers taking loans under this scheme will receive a lifetime free credit card service.
NIC Asia Bank stated that this home loan program is designed to provide solid support for individuals looking to buy or construct their dream homes.
