KATHMANDU: NIC Asia Bank under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative has installed a reverse osmosis (RO) water purifier at Aamaghar Sewa Ashram in Manahari–8, Makwanpur, aiming to ensure access to safe drinking water for its residents.

The purifier was officially handed over on April 15, during a formal event.

The bank’s Narayangadh Circle Head, Ram Krishna Kafle, presented the system to Bijay Raj Sigdel, patron of the ashram.

Mamaghar Sewa Ashram provides shelter, food, and care to individuals who have been neglected by their families and are in need of support.

The bank expressed confidence that the installation will significantly improve access to clean drinking water, contributing to better health and a more comfortable living environment for the residents.
