NIC Asia Bank customers to get up to 15% discount at Everest Hospital
To access these benefits, customers must make payments using NIC Asia Bank debit cards, credit cards, or the MoBank mobile banking application.
KATHMANDU: NIC Asia Bank Limited and Everest Hospital Pvt. Ltd. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to provide special discounts on various healthcare services for the bank’s customers.
The agreement was signed by Chief Transaction Banking Mr. Narendra Mainali on behalf of the bank and Administration Head Mr. Deepak Chandra Baral on behalf of Everest Hospital.
Following the partnership, NIC Asia Bank customers will receive a 15% discount on a wide range of hospital services at Everest Hospital, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, when making digital payments. However, the discount does not apply to outsourced services, doctor consultations, and ambulance charges.
Similarly, customers will be eligible for a 5% discount on surgical procedures and a 10% discount on medicines purchased from the hospital pharmacy.
To access these benefits, customers must make payments using NIC Asia Bank debit cards, credit cards, or the MoBank mobile banking application.
The bank stated that the collaboration is expected to make healthcare more affordable for customers while also promoting digital payments and contributing to the growth of a cashless transaction system in Nepal.
