National Life Insurance trains 185 agents
The training, held at Hotel Majestic Lake Front in Pokhara, was attended by 185 selected agents from all branches in Gandaki Province, as well as selected branches in Lumbini and Bagmati Provinces.
KATHMANDU: National Life Insurance Company has conducted a one-day intensive training program for its agents, aimed at enhancing skills and achieving higher business targets under its monthly plan initiative, Monthly Plan Manthan 2082.
The training, held at Hotel Majestic Lake Front in Pokhara, was attended by 185 selected agents from all branches in Gandaki Province, as well as selected branches in Lumbini and Bagmati Provinces.
Renowned insurance trainer Kajim Raja led the sessions, focusing on strategies for achieving MDRT, COT, and TOT targets and exploring innovative approaches to present services in the market.
During the program, Deputy Chief Executive Officer Smriti Raj Kandel emphasized that such training initiatives boost agent morale and support them in achieving their professional goals. She noted that under the slogan “Inspiration, Progress, and Professional Excellence”, the company has rolled out the monthly plan program across multiple locations nationwide, benefiting over 700 selected agents.
Agents who excelled at the branch level, securing first, second, and third positions, were honored with tokens of appreciation.
Agency Department Head Sushil Pratap Rana expressed confidence that agents would apply the knowledge gained during the training to stand out in a competitive market.
Policy Servicing Department Head Susmita Rana extended the vote of thanks.
Participants highlighted that the high-quality training boosted their motivation and inspired them to achieve greater success in the insurance business, while recognition for their hard work reinforced their efforts.
