National Life Insurance honors top agents in CEO Club event
The event celebrated agents from Madhesh Province who achieved outstanding performance in premium collection during the fiscal year 2081/82.
KATHMANDU: National Life Insurance Company Ltd. recently hosted a prestigious CEO Club member recognition program at Mithila Yatri in Janakpur, chaired by the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Suresh Prasad Khatri.
The event celebrated agents from Madhesh Province who achieved outstanding performance in premium collection during the fiscal year 2081/82.
A total of 77 qualified agents, along with departmental heads, provincial managers, and branch heads, were honored for earning membership in the CEO Club.
During the ceremony, CEO Khatri inaugurated the event by lighting the ceremonial lamp and personally presented CEO Club memberships to the successful agents. In addition, “National Ratna” and “National Star” award-winning agents received silver medals, certificates, and gifts adorned with the company’s logo. Special recognition was also given to the top three agents from each code and region within the province for their exemplary performance.
CEO Khatri highlighted the significance of the CEO Club, stating that the program prioritizes key contributors who play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth. He also announced the company’s commitment to an agent-friendly policy and annual province-level programs to further empower its agent network. Currently, over 1,600 agents nationwide have been inducted into the CEO Club, underscoring the program’s success.
The event featured an insightful training session by renowned international trainer Syed Afzal Ahmed, who shared practical strategies to enhance professional skills. Several top-performing agents, including Laxman Pandit from Janakpur branch and Shyam Chandra Rai from Lahan branch, also shared their business experiences.
Attending agents expressed their gratitude to National Life Insurance for recognizing their hard work and providing advanced professional training, emphasizing the value of such initiatives in motivating and developing the company’s agent community.
