National Life Insurance conducts one-day training for agents across provinces
KATHMANDU: National Life Insurance Company Ltd. recently organized a one-day intensive training for its network of agents across selected branch offices, under its monthly initiative, “Manthan 2082”, aimed at fostering motivation, progress, and professional excellence.
The program brought together 160 agents from all branches in Sudurpashchim and Karnali provinces, as well as select branches from Lumbini Province, at Hotel Opera, Shuklaphanta, Mahendranagar.
Renowned international trainer Syed Afzal Ahmad provided practical guidance on achieving the prestigious MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) goals, sharing various industry examples and strategies.
The event was inaugurated by Assistant General Manager Bibek Sharma, who lit the ceremonial lamp at Panas, while Sudurpashchim Province Head, Naveen Kishor Bhatt, welcomed the participants.
Agency Department Head, Sushil Pratap Rana, highlighted the company’s commitment to supporting agents in achieving professional excellence through regular training programs and initiatives like Manthan 2082.
As part of the program, agents who excelled in their respective branches were recognized with tokens of appreciation by AGM Bibek Sharma for their outstanding performance at the branch level, securing first, second, and third positions.
Participants expressed heartfelt gratitude for the opportunity to receive training from a globally renowned instructor and appreciated the company’s recognition of their hard work, emphasizing that such initiatives inspire further dedication and professional growth.
