KATHMANDU: National Life Insurance Company has successfully conducted a one-day training for agents selected under its monthly initiative, Manthan 2082, at various branch offices in Bagmati and Madhesh provinces.

The program, chaired by the company’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer Smriti Raj Kadel, was held at Hotel Sarathi in Dhulikhel.

A total of 280 selected agents received professional guidance from renowned trainer Kajim Raja, who used practical examples to demonstrate strategies for achieving MDRT targets.

She highlighted that Manthan provides agents with high-quality training aimed at fostering motivation, progress, and professional excellence.

Over 700 agents nationwide were selected under this initiative, demonstrating the plan’s success. Branch-level top performers—first, second, and third place—were honored with tokens of appreciation.

Agency Department Head Sushil Pratap Rana noted that such training equips agents with the skills to excel in their profession and stand out in a competitive market.

Participating agents expressed that the training inspired them to achieve greater success in the insurance business.
