KATHMANDU: Nabil Bank has inaugurated a state-of-the-art Digital Lounge at Nabil House in Kamaladi, aimed at providing customers with fast, convenient, and technology-driven banking services.

The lounge was jointly inaugurated today by Nabil Bank Chair Nirvana Kumar Chaudhary and Director Sarita Bhatta Adhikari.

The ceremony was attended by the bank’s directors Pravin Tiwdewala, Anil Keshari Shah, CEO Manojkumar Gyawali, Deputy CEOs Bhupendra Pandey and Adarsh Bajgain, Deputy General Managers Ganesh Prasad Awasthi and Gyanendra Pratap Shah, along with other senior officials.

Speaking at the launch, Chair Chaudhary highlighted that customers can now carry out banking transactions digitally 24/7.

He emphasized that Nabil Bank continues to lead in innovation and digitalization.

The Digital Lounge offers multiple facilities in one location: customers can withdraw cash via ATMs, deposit cash through Cash Deposit Machines, and submit checks digitally through kiosks.

CEO Gyawali noted that providing multi-purpose digital services in a single space will save customers’ time and enhance service efficiency.

Nabil Bank has already introduced similar Digital Lounges at its Head Office and in Itahari. With this expansion, the bank aims to reduce reliance on traditional counter-based services and strengthen its digital banking journey.

The bank is committed to developing Digital Lounges nationwide to enhance customer convenience, service accessibility, and the effective use of technology.

Currently, Nabil Bank operates 268 branches and 321 ATMs across Nepal, serving over 2.5 million customers.

With four decades of quality banking, the bank has embraced sustainable banking practices and launched its digital platform, NBank, to further its digital transformation.
