KATHMANDU: Kumari Bank Limited has celebrated its 25th anniversary by organizing a series of programs across the country, expressing heartfelt gratitude to its customers, shareholders, regulators, and well-wishers for their continued trust and support.

On the occasion, the bank reaffirmed its commitment to becoming one of Nepal’s leading financial institutions by consistently delivering high-quality banking services and financial solutions to its customers.

As part of the silver jubilee celebrations, Kumari Bank conducted blood donation programs on Thursday across Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, and all provinces outside the Valley.

The initiative aims to support local blood banks and contribute to life-saving efforts at the community level.

Highlighting the importance of tradition and cultural heritage, the bank also marked the occasion with a “Traditional Attire” program.

Employees participated by wearing ethnic dresses representing their cultural backgrounds, promoting inclusivity, mutual respect, and a sense of identity within the workplace. The initiative reflects the bank’s core motto, “For Everyone, Forever,” while strengthening internal unity and corporate culture.

In addition, Kumari Bank has launched a year-round corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative titled “Kumari Bank for the Community.” Through this program, all branches will actively engage in social efforts aimed at improving the living standards of underprivileged, marginalized, and disadvantaged communities across Nepal.

To commemorate the milestone, the bank has also introduced a new “Silver Savings Account,” offering customers interest rates comparable to fixed deposits while maintaining the flexibility of a savings account.

With 25 years of continuous service, Kumari Bank currently operates a nationwide network of 286 branches, 302 ATMs, 41 extension counters, and 48 branchless banking units, serving more than three million customers.

The bank has pledged to further enhance its services, ensuring they remain simple, accessible, and efficient in the years ahead.
