KATHMANDU: National Youth Union Nepal Chair Kshitij Thebe, affiliated with CPN (UML), has challenged Senior Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) leader Balendra Shah to publicly clarify his stance on Limpiyadhura, Kalapani, and Lipulekh.
Addressing the first meeting of the National Youth Council in Kathmandu on Friday, Thebe questioned, “What is your statement on Lipulekh and Limpiyadhura as a future Prime Minister?”
He also criticized newly formed political parties, saying they lack clear policies, vision, and agendas.
Thebe further invited Shah to engage in a public debate with prospective prime ministerial candidates.
Highlighting UML’s contributions, Thebe cited the party’s leadership in nationwide electricity expansion.
He added that the party is presenting a people-centered agenda for a happy and prosperous society ahead of the upcoming general elections.
