Kiran Krishna Shrestha appointed as director of Everest Bank

KATHMANDU: Kiran Krishna Shrestha has been appointed as Everest Bank’s director.

The bank’s board of directors resolved on the 8th Baisakh (April 21) to appoint Shrestha as a director on behalf of the founding shareholders group.

Shrestha was reportedly appointed in his place following the resignation of director Arunman Sherchan, who represented the bank’s prior original shareholders group.

The bank’s Board of Directors accepted Sherchan’s resignation on the 8th Baisakh (April 21).
